Freelance, HYCStudios. 2014 - Present
Had been offering freelance services to interesting projects since 2014. I focus on digital products, digital design which includes UI/UX design and art direction. I've recently done some design and UX consultancy for startups and small businesses. 

Senior Art Director, Saatchi & Saatchi Hong Kong. Jan 2017 - March 2017
Creative strategy, concept development and overall art direction for local and China based clients. Generate presentation flow and design pitch decks for potential new clients. 

Content Designer, Ogilvy & Mather Hong Kong. May 2015 - Jan 2017
Lead a small team of 4 designers on Art Direction for social and digital contents. Provide creative insight and strategies that aligns with Social@Ogilvy's overall social strategy for different key accounts like Huawei, Nestle and Nike. On occasion, I'll particiapte in user experience projects for clients such as Asia Miles and Huawei. 

Senior Designer, OnePlus Shenzhen. 2014 -  2015
Responsible for creative content creation,  UI/UX design, visual design and developing the company's brand identity. Worked closely with the global digital marketing team to develop concepts, campaign ideas and creative strategies.  

Product Designer, yWorld Canada. 2012 -  2014
Product design, UI/UX design, competitor and market research and brand development. Lead a team of 4 designers in different discipline such as UI design, User research and Mobile app design. Brought the product to life from scratch to alpha, then revamped to a released beta with 2000+ active users at its peak.
